• About the 2016 Festival •

In 2016, the Phillip Island Shearwater Festival will be held on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November. Now in its fifth year, the Shearwater Festival is continuing to grow and has become an important part of the local cultural landscape.

Festival activities include an enlarged music festival featuring local musicians with a few guests on the Saturday. The street procession has been moved to the Sunday late morning and for the first time there will be a Fun Run. Both days will feature creative, cultural and environmental workshops, music, dance performances and environmental walks and talks.
